We know plans change and schedules shift. You can reschedule or cancel your booked appointment without fee when you notify us in good time.

Cancellation window

Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before the appointment and you pay nothing. Cancellations after that window may be charged for timber or supplies already purchased for your piece, as noted on the quote.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule without a fee. We offer the next open workshop slot within one business day.

Section · 03

Conditions for a refund

We issue a full refund if we cancel the commission, if we fail to execute the agreed structural repairs, or if the finished timber does not meet the quote and cannot be corrected within an acceptable timeframe.

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, any pre-paid materials deposit is returned minus the direct timber cost if timber was already cut to size.
  • If we must cancel due to severe illness or equipment breakdown and cannot agree a rescheduled date, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • No refund is granted once work on site has commenced and meets the agreed specification.

Requesting a refund

  1. Call our workshop telephone number to notify us of the cancellation.
  2. Follow up with a short written email containing your invoice or quote reference.
  3. Provide your bank account details for return of any eligible materials deposit.

Approved deposit refunds are processed by direct bank transfer within three working days.
