How prices are set
Prices are set based on furniture dimensions, the degree of joinery damage, and the hours required for sanding, gluing and curing. Quotes include all glues, abrasives, hardwax oils and on-site travel inside our local service area.
We provide transparent, fixed written estimates before starting any woodwork. You will never face surprise surcharges after the repair is done.

You can pay with cash upon handover or by direct bank transfer against the invoice. We do not store or process payment card data on this site.
An itemised invoice is issued upon completion of the work. It states the work completed, materials applied and date of completion for your household records or landlord accounts.
For standard on-site repairs under £300, no deposit is required. For workshop jobs requiring bespoke replacement timbers or jobs exceeding £500, we ask for a 25 percent timber deposit prior to work starting.
Invoices sent for bank transfer are payable within 7 days of completion. Unsettled balances beyond 14 days incur a flat late fee of £25 plus statutory interest.
